What’s new: Keep tabs on your cash with a new report that shows details of every drawer transaction, including expected vs. ending balances for each drawer. Find it in the Financials app.

POS: Sales summary
What’s new: Get the full picture of your POS transactions with the new Sales Summary report, now live in the Financials app. Track daily metrics like net sales, tips, and refunds. Use the Linked Deposits tab to see payouts from first-party channels like kiosks and online ordering. Dive deeper with the Order Details tab.
Why it matters: Get a cleaner, more detailed view of your daily sales.

POS: cash drawer transfers
What’s new: You can now transfer cash drawer balances across POS terminals. Just “end drawer” in the Drawers app, then log in to a different terminal to pick up where you left off.
Why it matters: Staff now have greater flexibility to move between POS terminals should there be issues with the device, reassignments, or changes in their shift. Ensure seamless continuity and accurate reporting of cash balances for every cashier.

POS: Handheld POS refresh
What’s new: Handheld POS customers now have an updated user interface. It will be very similar to the updated standard POS terminal interface, but scaled for a handheld device. All orders and refunds are now managed in the Orders app.
Why it matters: A smoother, more consistent experience for your team

POS: Default modifiers
What’s new: Define standard modifier selections that automatically apply when a menu item is selected. For example, when a customer orders a pizza, black olives and BBQ sauce can be set as default. Just update your modifier group in the Menus app.
Why it matters: Speed up order taking, reduce errors, and keep things consistent across every shift.
