Inventory: Rebates

What’s new: Otter Inventory - Rebates is an all-new program that earns you up to 3% cash back and discounts of up to 5% on orders from your suppliers. Otter has partnered with one of the largest group purchasing organizations, Foodbuy, to bring you perks traditionally reserved for big chains. You’ll also get recommendations for item swaps for similar products at a more affordable price.

Why it matters: With Rebates, your Otter subscription pays for itself. You do not pay anything extra when you join the program. Earn back cash for your operations and boost your profit with lower supply costs.

Kiosk: New 21” Kiosks

What’s new: A new 21” kiosk is now available. It can be mounted on a floor stand or placed on top of a countertop. Its sleek and robust hardware comes with the same powerful software that uses smart upsells to drive an average of 10% increase in check size. Why it matters: Customers who have limited space or budget can now choose a great middle ground between the 27” and 15” kiosks. It is compact enough for tight counter spaces, yet large enough for full visuals and self-checkout.

Live Alerts: Bulk Unpause

What’s new: You can now unpause and reopen all your stores in one click. In most cases, Live Alerts and AlwaysOn automatically reopen your stores. However, POS outages and other operational issues may prevent its activation. The bulk unpause button reopens your stores in spite of these reasons. You can select which reasons, brands, and delivery platforms you want to unpause stores on. Learn more here >

Order Management and Couriers: Wix Integration

Customers using Wix for their online ordering are now able to connect Wix to Otter to manage orders in one place using Order Manager, dispatch without worry using the Couriers app, and ensure orders are sent to their POS. Learn how >
